About us:

The aim of RMNS is the relief of poverty of refugees, asylum seekers and migrants who are resident or are intending to reside in the London Borough of Sutton, by providing them with free and confidential advice, assistance, representation, in such matters as asylum, immigration, money, debts, welfare benefits, housing, health, education, training and employment.

A Brief History:
The Network was established in 1991 to meet the needs of refugees and asylum seekers newly arrived in the area. It has gradually increased its scope from giving immediate practical assistance to helping people to make the best use of local services and to become independent and involved citizens. In 2008 it widened its range of clients to include migrant workers from the EU and beyond.
